Esta função é fundamental para garantir o crescimento do market share na gestão de clientes e colaboradores.
Terás como principais responsabilidades:

Assegurar a identificação das necessidades de recrutamento dos clientes na área de Gestão de Recursos Humanos;
Propor soluçõesde negócio com foco no up-selling e cross-selling ;
Desenvolver umarelação promissora com clientes e colaboradores;
Promover a melhoria da performance , fidelização e continuidade da parceria. Procuramos um perfil com:

Formação académica na área das Ciências Sociais e/ou Empresariais;
Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares na consultoria de recursos humanos;
Experiência em empresas de trabalho temporário ou outsourcing (será um plus);
Bom relacionamento interpessoal e espírito de colaboração;
