Product Owner/Analyst

LQA provides unparalleled insights, strategies, and actionable intelligence to hotel clients in 130 countries to help them monitor service delivery, elevate their guest's experience, and improve operating performance.
About the role We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner/Analyst to join our team here at LQA. The Product Owner will act as the bridge between stakeholders, customers, and the dev team ensuring we deliver maximum value. This role involves owning the product backlog, defining and refining features, and assisting in day to day prioritisation to align with the business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:Define and break down the product vision into actionable work for the dev team.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.Own and prioritise the product backlog to ensure development aligns with customer needs and business priorities.Write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria.Continuously refine and adjust backlog items based on feedback and evolving requirements.Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.Gather and analyse feedback to improve product features and user experience.Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on progress.Development Team Support:Work closely with the development team during sprints, providing clarifications and removing roadblocks.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure the development team understands the product goals and user needs.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product features.Analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making and prioritise improvements.Deliver regular reports on product progress, challenges, and opportunities.About you: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Scrum Master or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions.Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Monday, Test Suite or similar product management software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interest in efficient design and UX.Other skills that could be beneficial but are not required:
Experience working in a technology-driven environment.Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, PSPO).Familiarity with user-centred design principles and UX practices.Seniority levelEntry level
