Join us in shaping the future of software technology What we are looking for: To support us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Customer Support Associate. In this role you are responsible for providing quick and competent technical assistance for our remote access software. You must have a technical understanding and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve our reputation and drive our business forward.
Partner with our customers to effectively resolve technical issues through different communication channelsDevelop best practices for recurring problems, together with your teamCollaborate within and outside of your team to support broader business objectivesSupport our sales and business development teamAdvise the customer about our product taking into account their business requirementsCustomer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceBasic Qualifications: Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbalFirst work experience in a customer contact-centred areaAbility to see things from the end user perspectiveBasic knowledge in at least one operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS)Fluency in English is mandatory, and fluency in Italian, French or German is preferredPreferred Skills and Experience: Problem solving skills, hands-on mentality, and a positive attitude towards challengesYou are friendly, well-structured, and analytical.
