PLEASE REMEMBER TO CLICK "APPLY" BUTTON AFTER SAVING YOUR PROFILE TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES As a member of the Global HRIS team, your responsibilities will include:Create and distribute a variety of reports from regularly scheduled (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
to ad hoc utilizing data in DSV Employee Central by required due date as assigned.
Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.Carryout various audits by required due date as assigned, reporting any anomalies accordingly.Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for DSV Employee Central in relation to requests related to reporting.Maintain DSV Employee Central data integrity by reporting data anomalies to the HRIS helpdesk.Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.This position will have additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:Data Analysis: Ability to work with, manipulate and understand data.
Technical ability to create data visualization, identify the root cause and identify process improvements.Analytical Thinking: Ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach; identifies, obtains, and evaluates relevant information to establish relationships or patterns, cite causes, and reach logical conclusions.Decision Making: Keeps relevant stakeholders informed; perceives the impact and implications of decisions; commits to action, even in uncertain situations, to accomplish tasks.Planning/Organizing: Prioritizes and plans work activities, possesses strong organizational skills.Quality Control: A strong attention to detail in reporting processes is critical in this role.Professionalism: Approaches others in a tactful manner; reacts well under pressure; treats others with respect, follows through on commitments.Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and is able to cope with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.Initiative: Asks for and offers help when needed; is results driven.Confidentiality: Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.Collaboration: Ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate with others.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in business, human resource management, information technology or related area of study required.Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources field (including Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Performance Management and Training).Minimum of three (3) years' experience in HR related systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), payroll processing, functional support and enhancement development required.Experience in creating Canvas reports, Table reports and Report Stories within the "Reporting" module in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central required.Knowledge of working with Power BI and Crystal Reports a plus, but not required.Advanced skills in MS Excel.LANGUAGES Proficient Level of English (spoken & written)What we offer: Permanent contractPrivate medical careEnglish courses - financial or co-financed by companyFood allowanceWork schedule 35h/weekHybrid and flexible work (3 days in a week at the office)Comprehensive onboarding programBuddyGood access to public transportsDSV – Global Transport and Logistics DSV is a dynamic workplace that fosters inclusivity and diversity.
