What kind of professional are we looking for? Experience : 4+ years in UI/UX design, specifically within the mobile gaming industry.
Portfolio : Demonstrable mobile game UI/UX design work, including prototypes and final products.
Technical Skills : Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD; experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
Game-Centered Design : Solid grasp of user-centered design, usability, and mobile interaction in gaming, with familiarity in monetization and retention strategies.
Bonus Skills : Experience with motion design, Unity, or Unreal Engine for UI implementation is advantageous.
What is important for us in a person? Independence : Ability to self-manage and solve problems with minimal supervision.
Presentation : Prepared to showcase a portfolio of work (excluding projects under NDA).
What are the conditions and bonuses? Work according to European time zone, 8-hour workday, 1-hour lunch break.
It's possible to get 21 days, but usually they offer 15 (to be confirmed with HR at the offer stage).
