We are seeking passionate recruiters who can identify and onboard exceptional talent for our international teams in Lisbon.

You will be responsible for managing the selection process, including phone and email contact, analyzing CVs, and validating applicants' skills.
Your tasks will also include organizing selection activities, managing relocation support, conducting interviews, and completing administrative tasks with precision.

Requirements:
  • Native level of Dutch and B2 level of English
  • First experience in Recruitment and strong interest in Human Resources
  • Ability to handle high volumes of tasks, calls, and recruitment processes
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently as a team player
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon/Porto for an international career and life experience
What's in it for you?
  • 12 months contract (30 days trial)

  • Working hours: 40h/week on a rotative schedule Monday to Saturday
  • Relocation package for international candidates (accommodation, flight reimbursement after 6 months, help with paperwork)
  • Salary: 1400€ GROSS + meal allowance without accommodation
