Mota-Engil Renewing is a Cleantech founded in 2019 and the most recent subsidiary of the multinational Mota-Engil, national leader and ranking on the European Top 30, in the field of construction and infrastructure management. The Opportunity:In this role, you will be responsible for creating, developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that promotes our solutions and strengthens our brand as a top player in the energy, charging and mobility sector.
Main responsabilities Brand Development: Collaborate with internal teams to define and refine our brand identity, including our mission, vision, and core values.Develop a strong brand messaging framework that clearly communicates our value proposition to our target audience.Create a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing and communication materials.Marketing & Communications: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans across multiple channels (virtual, physical, events, associations, etc) to promote our green energy production, storage and EV network development solutions as well mobility solutions.Create engaging content, including press releases, newsletters, website copy, social media posts, and marketing materials.Manage our social media presence and build a strong online community.Develop and maintain relationships industry influencers. Track and analyse marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Stay up to date on the latest trends in the energy transition sector and identify opportunities to leverage them for our marketing efforts.Organize and coordinate events and promotional activities.Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.Develop market research activities to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry developing thorough competitive intelligence.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product development.Team Management: Provide leadership to the marketing team (internal and external resources), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Manage marketing budget. Requisitos da Função e Perfil de Competências Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on B2B marketing preferred.Strong understanding of the energy transition and clean technology sector.Excellent writing and editing skills.The ability to create compelling visual content (a plus).Experience in using design platforms ( e.g. illustrator) to create compelling visual content of the brand promotional material.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact.Fluent in spoken and written English.Join Our Team: If you are passionate about driving the energy transition and possess the technical expertise to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
