You will be responsible for installation delivery of different packages such as, but not limited to:Subsea structuresSoft products (flexibles, umbilicals, power cables)Mooring systemsConventional works (jackets, decks, bridges, flares)You will prepare the scope of work and then support the offshore team during the operations. You will ensure the interfaces with the Client, suppliers, offshore crew and the design team. You will have a key role in the full project life cycle. This role is based in Lisbon (Portugal).Your main responsibilities will be as follows:Manage and lead a team of engineers and a packageManage all external (clients, suppliers) and internal (other disciplines, installation, manufacturing, purchase) interfacesPrepare documents and preliminary studies related to tenders, FEEDs and projects developed by the GroupSupervise the engineering activities related to the preparation and offshore installation of the productsPlan, prepare and confirm specific procedures (validation test on site, transportation and installation) and associated calculation notes (e.G. rigging design) by defining prioritiesParticipate in vessel mobilization as well as installation phases on vessel to validate technical solutions by respecting the rules of the Group HSSEQEnsure that your activities are conducted in compliance with the Project standards in terms of Quality, Cost & TimeAssume technical ownership and ensure the choice of contractors and supervise subcontracted studiesValidate concepts and manage changes accounting for HSSEQ criteriaValidate developments and propose appropriate improvements, considering the group's HSSEQ standardsCAPABILITY PROFILE:You will be able to demonstrate knowledge, skills, experience, and behaviours in the following areas:Graduated with a M.Sc
