Salary: Annual Gross 23,000 - 25,000 DOE Euros (inclusive of 2 holidays Allowances)

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist with 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking support, providing a friendly and approachable presence.
As an HR Generalist, you will assist in various administrative tasks, from maintaining our HR system to helping coordinate employee medical examinations. You will play a key role in preparing reports and supporting learning and development initiatives, making a real impact on our team's growth and success.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Employee Support: Managing general inquiries and providing HR administrative support via the ticketing system, ensuring requests are addressed and redirected as needed.Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with legal standards.Maintain HR files and documentation, helping to keep employee information accurate and up to date.Assisting in the preparation of employee certifications as required.Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.Assist in the organisation of occupational health examinations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining up-to-date records.Help organise administrative processes related to HR matters, including training.Compliance and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.Support the collection and updating of necessary documents for compliance with labour legislation.Learning and Development Administration: Support the coordination of training and development activities, assisting in the administration of training sessions.HR Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Prepare and present HR reports, providing insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making. Your ProfileBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR qualifications or knowledge is essential, but Business or Administrative qualifications combined with HR knowledge (acquired through team management, for example) will also be considered.Ideally 2 years of experience in administrative roles within Human Resources.Knowledge of employment law.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.Excellent client service skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding support.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with HR software and systems.Good knowledge of MS Office applications.Proficiency in English is essential.Why Us?The ability and autonomy to be able to work from where you want.A competitive salary.WFH allowance (20 Euros per Month).Meal Allowance (7.63 Euros per working day).Online Gym and Wellbeing Studio.The opportunity for professional growth.Fun company events and team outings.About UsOtonomee is a purpose-built, fully remote BPO.
