The Website Project Manager is the main interface between the Business, the markets, the agencies (creative, UX, SEO, technical...), the Nestlé IT, and the Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) Website & D2C Service operation team.
The Website Project Manager takes ownership of the website's success and acts as an extension of the business team.A day in the life of...Project Management: Manage optimization projects/initiatives across websites in scope by understanding business needs, ensuring implementation (by NGBS Website Optimization Service team or external partner), and reporting on project status and results.Website new features: Ensure needs are properly understood by implementation partner (agency or internal).Website new features: Ensure partner creates and runs proper tests (incl.
functional tests).Website new features: Build and deliver training to markets on newly built features.Coordinate business requests with other Website Optimization services resources (Content, SEO, Analytics).Monitoring and analysis of KPIs, present actionable insights to business.Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and documentation.Organize team ways of working (meet targets and goals, provide FTR solutions, follow estimates and deadlines).What will make you successfulExcellent speaking, writing, and editing skills in English.Hands-on experience with Website project management with multiple stakeholders (at least 3 years).Meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements, and specific targets.Excellent communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.)
