Abbott Ambassador Location – Norte/Portugal Primary objective of the position The Abbott Ambassador is responsible for driving sales efforts for Diagnostics and optimizing Abbott systems utilization to maximize profitability and improve customer satisfaction.
Major accountabilities Full responsibility for sales quota including forecasting and target performance achievement within the regionDrive profitable growth by initiating, developing and/or delivering unique diagnostics solutions that result in improved outcomes and benefits for both the customer and AbbottDevelop sales planning for own area of responsibilityAnalyze sales, market and competitive data to develop sales strategyAnalyze impact of market trends and factors on customersSupport new product launches, evaluate market potentialMonitor, measure and report progress against defined execution goalsBuild sustainable customer relationships and leverage them to drive profitable new salesOptimize Abbott systems utilization to maximize profitability and improve customer satisfactionSupport service team to maximize uptime by providing troubleshooting as appropriateEducational background Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree in life sciences or medical technology is preferred
