Your responsibilities and impact as an Inbound Sales Agent will be:Responding to customer inquiries, emails, web contact, and orders as well as being involved in order fulfillment and post-sales related activitiesCalling and qualifying new potential clients and leadsUnderstanding the customer needs and providing appropriate solutionsUp-selling and cross-sellingBuilding and enriching the databaseCreating business opportunities and increasing revenue from accountsEnsuring close communication with the team to share informationProviding ad-hoc supportBeing a team player and participating in the success of the team and projectSkills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:A native level of German and a good level of EnglishInterest in gaining first sales experiencesA high school degree or a bachelor's degreeBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with peopleBeing energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast paceExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit (required).The Offer.Type of contract: yearly, renewableWorking hours: full time (40h/week) Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00 (rotating shifts)Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1.030€gross/monthExcluding accommodation: 1.398€ gross/monthplus bonusesFor international candidates:Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after contract signingAirport pick upYearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)Help with paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrivalFree Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities and social events organized by the companyReal career opportunities in different career paths(*) Compensation during the training period if successful (5 days): 90% of regular wages What should you expect from living in Lisbon?A colorful and vibrant city with a rich cultural historyAll the pros of living in a European capital on a budgetFriendly people, good vibes, and a happy-go-lucky urban lifeWarm climate all year and a sunny beach life next to the AtlanticA local community with a good level of English and an international environmentYour Future Company:
