Job Description Remote Work - Portugal Night Shift Our client is a worlds leading outsourcing company providing services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. Since its establishment, they have consistently and successfully fulfilled their mission of creating inclusive and differentiated teams of experts providing help for customers across many other professional domains. The project: You will be providing services for Mandarin-sepaking clients of FedEx; an American multinational company focused on transportation, e-commerce and business services. Today it is best known for its air delivery service, which was one of the first major shipping companies to offer overnight delivery as a flagship service. Your tasks: Listen to customers questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions; Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns; Provide information about products; Rerouting of issues to other departments. You only need: Fluency in Mandarin (must be at least C1) and communicative level of English (at least B2). EU citizenship or full working rights in Portugal. Your rewards: Standard salary of 1360E gross per month Public and private health insurance provided by the employer. The first contract for 12 months, with the possibility of signing a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one). 100% homeoffice When you apply for this vacancy, you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy and consenting that we process your personal data.
