As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our fast-paced culture. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Perform regular reconciliations of accounts. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Assistant Accountant or in a similar role. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Sage, NetSuite, or SAP. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
