Position SnapshotLocation: Linda-a-Velha, Lisbon, PortugalCompany: Nestlé Business Services Lisbon (NBS Lisbon)Full-timePosition SummaryAct as a key driver of the eBusiness Strategy in the Global Transformation of Nestlé by enabling the activation of IMS' in-house solution 'Content Services' and supporting Markets/Businesses along the Product Content lifecycle (., Creation, Adaptation, Distribution and Monitoring of Product eContent Assets across all touchpoints).The Content Services brings marketing scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and speed to markets.A day in the life of…By fostering strong relationships in Nestlé's global and local content landscape and digital ecosystem, the eContent Account Lead is the interface between Nestlé's key Global and Regional stakeholders, Local Markets, and IMS Content Services team, ensuring the following: Drive adoption of Nestlé's internal content solutions and support in their activation Delivery of World Class Service Lead & support the team of Content Account Specialists on daily operations Interact, liaise and negotiate with internal global/regional stakeholders Alignment with IMS Global and Local Leadership teams Bring insights based on available data to provide solutions Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalogue, Training materials, Briefs, .Run Regular Operational reviews with internal and external suppliers to track Service Delivery to identify improvement opportunities and guarantee SLAs.Lead periodic meetings with Business/Market to strengthen relationship and seek new opportunities to grow the partnerships Properly map our Nestlé's digital ecosystem and stakeholders.Liaise with Finance & Control team for the correct and timely charge back of services provided to Nestlé Markets/Businesses Ensure compliance with Nestlé Global standards including effective management of Standard Routines, Market Deployment Toolkit and Control Best Practices.What Will Make You Successful At least 7 years' experience in Marketing and/or Brand management, Content/Digital account management Proven experience in managing marketing Key/Global/Regional accounts Strong relationship management skills Strong presentation and/or selling skills Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting Strong Marketing mindset Business efficiency driven Solid understanding of the Digital Ecosystem Great level of knowledge of Digital Content Production and Lifecycle Good understanding of Branding and Content principles Up to speed on Content & Digital trends and best practices Experience in using Project Management, Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget, Volumes, Resources) Working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks English (advanced level) Creative/Media/advertising Agency experience is a plus (not dismissive) French (preferred, not dismissive) Spanish (preferred, not dismissive) A empresa está autorizada a exercer a atividade de trabalho temporário pelo Alvará 783/15 emitido em 1 de Setembro de 2015 pelo Presidente do Conselho Diretivo do Instituto de Emprego e Formação Profissional.O exercício da atividade de recrutamento e seleção está devidamente autorizada pelo Instituto de Emprego e Formação Profissional, constando do Registo Nacional de Agências, previsto no artº 19º do DL 260/2009, de 25 de Setembro, com as respetivas alterações.Os candidatos devem ler a Política de Privacidade no nosso web site Professional Native Speakers is a team of consultants specialised in the recruitment of candidates living in Portugal to integrate projects that require generally a European language.
