.Do you know AskBlue?We were born in 2013, and we provide services in the field of information technology.We are looking for Cloud Site Reliability Engineer to join our company in one of our projects, in the industry sector, in Lisbon. The Cloud Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for building and managing overall availability, performance, efficiency, monitoring, configuration management, emergency response and capacity planning of the cloud services provided to the customers.With Cloud at its core, we are building the next generation of IT and Digital products to support the company business needs. At the company you will find one of the most talented cloud teams that provide a safe, open and collaborative environment leading to a continuous learning of everyone. While building the best value for the customers, you will be exposed to a wide range of technical challenges and next-gen products.Team:As part of this team you'll work with other site reliability engineers and solution designers in order to assure and improve the company Cloud solutions, and so contributing directly to the capacity and availability of our service.Tasks:Guarantee general availability and resilience of cloud environments for the company IT and product teams; Drive Configuration, Build & Change Management activities for the company Cloud environments.Support the company Cloud Automation & Orchestration strategy enforcing the deployment of Cloud Infrastructure & Native services templates and pipelines.Contribute to our infrastructure as code (IaC), and support development activities aiming at automating manual activities and reduce operational effort; Troubleshoot and optimize high availability and performance issues, and support incident response teams when required with root cause investigations and resolutions.Use the best tools for the job and write our own if that's the best option.Requirements:4+ years working in IT and/or Enterprise Product Infrastructure Operational roles.2+ years working in Cloud Operations is desirable.Strong scripting skills is a plus.Good knowledge of Microsoft and Linux systems.Real-world experience with public cloud services (e.G. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).Experience in supporting production systems.Knowledge of Cloud service and operational monitoring metrics.Certifications in Public Cloud desirable (eg. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Continuous service improvement mindset.Curious and customer centric mindset.Team-player with clear focus in providing the best operational service possible to customers.Experience working in Agile driven teams.Demonstrated skills in technical adaptability, problem solving, communication, critical thinking, and when problems occur identify root causes of problems, and how it can be improved to prevent it in the future.Operational Excellence mindset (CloudNetSec), and enjoys working in DevOps environments.Work Arrangement:Hybrid (2 to 3 times a week in the office).Offer:Health Insurance
