Fundamentals of the position: Monthly support, maintain and update accounting records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality for the business to agreed deadlines as requested.Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed.Support and prepare tax return filings (Corporate/VAT/local taxes, etc) and prepare necessary supporting documentation.Responsibility for preparing the full reconciliation of all balance sheets accounts on a monthly basis to ensure these are performed and any discrepancies are followed up and resolved timely fashion, in order to be approved by Accounting Financial Manager.Support with the request for year-end accounting, auditing & statutory accounts processes ensuring accurate controls to meet both the requirements of Dawn Foods and Legal/Statutory bodies across all Country entities.Responsible for the accuracy, reconciliation and control of the fixed asset register for the business on a timely basis in accordance with legislation, run monthly depreciation and ensure the reconciliation between asset module and accounting.Support and prepare the bad debts according to local requirements and ensure the reconciliation between AR module and Accounting, in order to be approved by Accounting Financial Manager.Support accounts payable and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.Support Intercompany transactions and reconciliations.Responsibility for administrative functions within the finance department as identified by the Accounting Financial Manager.Any other reasonable duties required.Our package includes: Competitive salary22 days of annual leave + a day off to celebrate your birthdayHealth insurance for you and one member of the familyLife insuranceMeal Allowance: 9,60€Transportation allowance: 5,00€One year contractYou also enjoy benefits such as: Employee assistance program for you and your familyInternal recognition programAccess to Linkedin Learning CoursesAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
