Procuramos um Generalista de Recursos Humanos, para reportar à Diretora de RH nacional.
Responsabilidades: Apoiar a área de gestão de pessoas e promover o seu desenvolvimento;
Contribuir para o bom funcionamento das operações de RH;
Contribuir para os desafios futuros da área de RH;
Organização e gestão das plataformas de candidaturas e dos perfis dos candidatos;
Manutenção de bases de dados e de registos atualizados;
Apoiar o processo de contratação e o processo de integração de novos colaboradores;
Apoiar os processos de saída;
Acompanhar os processos de recrutamento e seleção de novos colaboradores;
Contribuir para a gestão do Programa de Formação;
Contribuir para as medidas de gestão e retenção do talento;
Desenvolvimento e manutenção de Fringe Benefits;
Acompanhar e monitorizar os KPI's dos colaboradores.
