Job Description: Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor (Web Services) – On-Site in Lisbon Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and eager to make an impact in the web services industry?
We are seeking motivated Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisors to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal .
This exciting on-site opportunity allows you to work alongside an international team, assist customers, and enhance their experience with web services.
Key Responsibilities: As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor , you will be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
Your key duties include: Customer Support : Assist customers via multiple communication channels, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and effectively.
Web Services Expertise : Develop a deep understanding of the company's web services, offering accurate and helpful information to customers.
Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing effective and personalized solutions.
Communication : Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Collaboration : Work closely with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Customer Feedback : Gather and report valuable customer feedback to improve the service quality.
Documentation : Log customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
Requirements: Language Skills : Fluent in Dutch and at least intermediate English (B2).
You should be able to communicate effectively in both languages.
Experience : Previous experience in customer service is beneficial, but not mandatory.
