Procuramos um Legal Counsel dinâmico e motivado para integrar a nossa equipa de jurídica em Lisboa. O profissional será responsável pelo acompanhamento de clientes nacionais e internacionais em matérias de direito societário, private clients e wealth planning, sendo valorizado o interesse na área de tax.
O candidato ideal deverá ter até 3 anos de experiência após a agregação na Ordem dos Advogados, vontade de crescer profissionalmente e capacidade para trabalhar num ambiente dinâmico e em pleno crescimento.
Licenciatura em Direito e inscrição ativa na Ordem dos Advogados Portuguesa;Máximo de 3 anos de experiência após agregação, com bons conhecimentos na área de corporate, private clients ou wealth planning.Interesse e conhecimentos na área de fiscal serão uma mais-valia;Fluência em inglês (escrito e oral).Forte capacidade de análise e atenção ao detalhe;Excelentes competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e em equipa;Domínio das ferramentas do Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel e Word;Dinâmico, pró-ativo e com vontade de crescer profissionalmente.Função Apoio a clientes nacionais e internacionais em matérias de corporate, private clients e wealth planning;Parte da equipa jurídica responsável por fornecer aconselhamento preciso, relevante e oportuno à Clientes nacionais e internacionais.Redação e análise de contratos e documentação jurídica.Acompanhamento de operações de reestruturação societária e investimento nacional e internacional;Assessoria em matérias regulatórias e compliance;Pesquisa e análise de legislação aplicável em Portugal e outras jurisdições;Colaboração com equipas multidisciplinares, incluindo fiscalistas, contabilistas e outros consultores.Integração numa equipa jovem e dinâmica, num ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e em expansão;Perspetivas de crescimento profissional, com participação ativa em projetos desafiantes e inovadores;Formação contínua e acompanhamento próximo para o desenvolvimento de competências;Pacote remuneratório ajustado à experiência e desempenho demonstrados.
