We offer office based, hybrid and remote work on permanent and consultancy contracts all over the world, making us the true global employer of choice.Duties will include, but are not limited to:Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new PSP partners.Act as the main point of contact for new PSPs, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process up to the initial go-live phase.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all onboarding requirements are met.Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and resources.Conduct training sessions to other internal stakeholders regarding new PSP partners and their offerings.Monitor the progress of the onboarding process and address any issues or delays promptly.Continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and best practices.Maintain strong relationships with PSP partners and other internal stakeholders.Assist PSPs on their day to day needs and operational requirements.Work closely with the wider Payment team and track KPI's, trends and overall performance.Connect the business needs and expectations with the performance management of the PSPs.Be the first point of contact for all PSP needs and communications.Requirements:3 years' experience in the Gaming Industry, preferably in payments.Strong knowledge of international PSPs and cross-border payments.Ability to maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders both external and internal.Knowledge of onboarding and due diligence processes.High-level awareness of PSP contract terms, rates & service fees.An interest in regulatory requirements in the payment processing industry.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent command of the English language - written & spoken.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Collaborative team player.We warmly invite applications in English.Diversity & Inclusion at SportserveAt Sportserve, we are deeply committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
