This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon.

As a Service and Sales Advisor, you will receive incoming queries via phone, email and live chat, where you will answer and solve issues in a timely manner.
Assisting your clients and customer satisfaction are important in this role.
We are looking for candidates who have:
