Our client is the leading destination for short form mobile video, with the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. As a Content Moderator in this project, your daily responsibilities will include: ? Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform ? Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities ? Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms ? Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies ? Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets ? Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback. Requirements You need to have the requirements below in order to be selected: ? Native or proficient level of French (C2) ? Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written ? Ability to adapt to a challenging software system. ? Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail ? Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver ? Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal ? Availability to work onsite ? Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week) Benefits Paid professional training Relocation package: refund of the initial flight ticket.
