Then read onThe functions you will perform in your day-to-day life are as follows:Provide advanced technical assistance  to dealerships, and service centers.Communicate effectively with customers  to understand their concerns and provide solutions.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in vehicles , automotive systems, and components.Analyze technical data and utilize diagnostic tools  to identify and resolve issues promptly.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automotive technology.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions , technical issues, and solutions provided.Contribute to the development and updating of technical documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.#LI-MU1Lisbon-PortugalWe're looking for you if:You have a medium-high  English level (B2-C1).You have a high level of proficiency in  Portuguese (C2 - native).You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Support  (automotive industry) Or similar experiences ( Automotive technical trainer / Master technician / Flying doctor)Mechanical engineering degree highly valuedHybrid work system , availability to work in  LisbonYou consider yourself a person with excellent communication skills, analytical and organizational skills.What do we offer you?You will be part of a great team of professionals in an internationally consolidated company.You will acquire a global vision of the automotive sector, interacting with customers, suppliers, consultants and dealers.MSX Bazaar: Collective purchasing portal with great discounts for employees.22 working days according to collective bargaining agreement + 4 extra days.Internal training plan.Additional incentives for employee referral programs, internal trainers, new business opportunities.Do you think you are the ideal person for this position?
