Clinical Data Management Development Specialist, Remote, Europe

Job Description Summary Role Specific trainings:Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and the Real World Evidence Data Management Team to develop and maintain Training Plan requirements and rolesFacilitate quarterly or annual training plan reviewsDevelop training slides and material independently or with Subject Matter ExpertsPlan, coordinate and communicate the training schedule for the Real World Evidence Data Management departmentPerform training courses as needed and agreed with other stakeholdersProvide oversight of training delivered by other stakeholders.Monitor effectiveness and timeliness of trainingTraining Content:Set up and maintain folder on Data Management SharePoint siteUpdate / archive training items in alignment with Training Plan updatesTraining Compliance:Plan and support development of Compliance ReportsProvide review and / or oversight of staff onboarding training complianceProvide review and / or oversight of monthly / quarterly training compliance dataCollaborate with Managers to ensure adherence to training compliance targetsOther Initiatives:Participate, support or lead global initiatives to continuously improve training processes or compliance across Real World Evidence Data ManagementProvide input on Data Management process improvementsProvide input on the development and implementation of a new technology or toolParticipate in focus teams, and global or local best practice teams as relevantREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESSound working knowledge of clinical data management procedures, ICH-GCP, applicable regulatory requirements, medical terminology and quality management processesKnowledge of Drug Development processesKnowledge of CRO or Pharmaceutical Industry operationsSound knowledge of current training practicesGood organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsGood judgement and decision-making skillsStrong influencing and negotiation skillsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Data Management applications including EDC (Medidata Rave)Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environmentExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to travel within the region/countryAbility to lead and motivate a training teamAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients/customersIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
