Job DescriptionAs an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:
Managing the recruitment cycle from kick-off to offerCollaborating with business unit managers to ensure an outstanding hiring experience for both the team and the candidateCreating and implementing various talent sourcing methods for each opening (online campaigns, sourcing, internal referrals, social media, etc.)Building our employer brand to attract top talent and ensuring our talent pipeline is always replenishedMaking suggestions for process improvements and contributing to talent acquisition strategyStaying up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practicesAbout YouThe ideal candidate will be a:
