In this role, you will drive the technical direction of cutting-edge projects, mentor and guide a team of engineers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions.
Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the future of our products and technologies, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Responsibilities:Technical Leadership & Innovation- Lead the development and architecture of new products and technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.- Explore and implement new technologies, frameworks, and approaches that push the boundaries of what's possible.R&D Strategy & Execution- Define and drive the technical vision for R&D projects and initiatives.- Work closely with product and business teams to align technical goals with company objectives.Team Collaboration & Mentorship- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.- Facilitate collaboration across different teams to ensure efficient project execution and knowledge sharing.Problem Solving & Troubleshooting- Address complex technical challenges, proposing and implementing creative solutions.- Lead the identification and resolution of issues that impact the performance and reliability of R&D products
