So we have the perfect opportunity for youYour future project: join our Spanish Content Moderator team.Our client is the leading destination for short form mobile video, with the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.As a Content Moderator in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platformBe responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communitiesImprove the content management strategy for short video platformsBe responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policiesMeet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targetsFollow the direction of management and provide feedbackYou need to have the requirements below in order to be selected:Native or proficient level of Spanish (C2)Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and writtenAbility to adapt to a challenging software systemAnalytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailDesire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solverMust hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for PortugalAvailability to work onsiteAvailability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week)Benefits:Paid professional trainingRelocation package: refund of the initial flight ticketSalary: 1050 euros gross per month (12 payments) + performance bonusesPrivate healthcare & dental insurance (after six months of employment)Growth opportunities through various development programs#J-18808-Ljbffr
