As a Process Optimisation Senior Analyst, you will be at the forefront of solving inefficiencies and unlocking additional value for the Automation/Process Mining expertise within our team. This role is perfect for those with a strong desire to gain exposure to leading edge automation techniques, experience of team management, and lean-- end process analysis & simplification.Accountabilities:Your main duties will include managing relationships with key business stakeholders at all levels, assisting with the generation & prioritisation of opportunities across a range of Process Solutions customer groups, and leading projects independently or in collaboration with other GBS Process Solutions team members. You will also be responsible for assessing automation/process mining scope, business value/cost and accompanying business case, as well as change management activities to guide/support business readiness for transition to- live.Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certified alongside proven experience in the analysis &- design of complex,- function business processesDemonstrated experience of leading Medium profile projects / change management activitiesStrong stakeholder management, influencing & presentation/oral communication skillsEnergetic and- motivatedStrong analytical skills to be able to discover and interpret business change requirementsStrong time management skills with ability to work at pace, handling multiple tasks & projects at one timeComfortable with working virtually in a global environmentWillingness to undertake some domestic / international travel (as required)Fluency in EnglishSignificant experience of various related BPM capabilities Process/Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code automation, BPM, workflow tools.Experience and proven results of change projects within the Pharma industryExperience of working in Agile methodologyExperience of working globallyWhen we put diverse teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire- changing medicines.
