We are proud of our science and of the way we are looking to bring medicines to the world faster while keeping excellence and integrity an essential part of our process.What You Will AchieveAs the Senior Legal Counsel – Indonesia, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and services on issues concerning the rights, obligations and privileges of the Pfizer organization in the market. You will represent Pfizer on external forums and provide resolution of business issues by identifying practical legal solutions and recommending a course of action.Your key responsibilities shall be as follows:Legal lead for Indonesia marketManage legal external counsel budgetPrivacy OfficerLead local litigation matters, partnering with HQ Litigation and external counselAdvise on and draft/review/negotiate complex and high value agreements, protecting Pfizer's interestsLead legal negotiations with Governments for the procurement of medicines and vaccinesAssist with product launches and marketing campaignsProtect Pfizer's interests in relation to claims, disputesProactively identify, educate and inform internal clients about legal issues and changes to the legal environment in order to pre-empt risks and allow Pfizer to gain the maximum benefit from legal adviceTeam development: develop Paralegal to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform effectively and feel motivated.Team management: lead, supervise and manage the performance and development of Paralegal including goal setting, co-ordination and consistency of legal advice, support and reporting across all business areasActively participate in international committees: Share best practices across the legal divisionExternal engagement: manage relationships with Pfizer law firms and represent Pfizer on external forumsHow You Will Achieve ItAct as the primary Legal Division contact for legal advice on key strategic priorities identified by the Country Manager and Country Leadership Team.Ensure that changes to the legal environment have been identified and that clients are educated and informed about relevant legal issues and principles and changes to the legal environment in order to pre-empt problems and allow Pfizer to gain the maximum benefit from legal advice
