Commercial Talent Partner Lead

Your Mission:As a Commercial Talent Partner Lead at Pleo, you will be instrumental in scaling our commercial teams globally (circa 400 employees). You'll drive our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent who are not only skilled but also a perfect fit for our Pleo culture.
Key Responsibilities:Lead our team of Commercial Talent Partners. This means; 1:1's, coaching & development, sharing best practices and acting as a Senior member of the Talent team.Take on end-to-end recruitment for various different commercial roles and markets. (Recruitment will be 60-70% of this role)Collaborate with our Commercial Leaders & teams on many fronts; from hiring, to process improvement projects, to anticipating headcounts and movements, and probably much moreUse our tools to ensure data drives your decision-making and conversations with Stakeholders and the wider people & talent team.Act as a driving force behind our Inclusive Hiring Strategy. You are someone who really cares for, and values the importance of diversity and inclusion in Pleo.Who You Are:You are an experienced, hands-on Commercial/GTM recruiter. You can speak to a track record of delivering at a high volume, across multiple markets and functions.
