A Noesis procura um Salesforce Platform Expert com especialização em Utilities para se juntar à nossa equipa.
O candidato selecionado terá um profundo conhecimento da plataforma Salesforce e da sua aplicação no sector das utilities, com foco na melhoria da eficiência operacional e no envolvimento do cliente.
Responsabilidades: Conceber, desenvolver e implementar soluções Salesforce adaptadas ao sector dos serviços públicos.
Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as partes interessadas do negócio para entender suas necessidades e traduzi-las em soluções técnicas.
Personalizar e configurar aplicações Salesforce, incluindo o Field Service Lightning e outros módulos específicos de serviços públicos.
Desenvolver e manter integrações entre o Salesforce e outros sistemas empresariais.
Prestar apoio e manutenção contínuos às aplicações Salesforce.
Realizar formação de utilizadores e criar documentação exaustiva.
Manter-se a par das tendências do sector e das actualizações do Salesforce para garantir que a plataforma cumpre os requisitos comerciais em evolução.
Guidelines técnicas + Code Reviews + Arquiteturas de referência + Blueprints de desenvolvimento.
Requisitos: Licenciatura em Engenharia de Software ou Engenharia informática ou similar; Experiência superior a 10 anos enquanto Salesforce Platform Expert Specialist; Proeficiência em Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components e Salesforce APIs; Experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento e administração da plataforma Salesforce; Excelente capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal; Capacidade de trabalho em ambiente colaborativo e com equipas globais; Capacidade de análise crítica e focada em resolução de problemas; Experiência em projetos estratégicos; Experiência em desenho / arquitetura de soluções Salesforce; Certificações (ex: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant); Conhecimentos da metodologia Agile, ferramenta JIRA e Confluence (valorizados); Conhecimento de idiomas (escrito e oral): inglês (obrigatório), português (valorizado), espanhol (valorizado); Se reúnes estas condições e gostarias de integrar uma organização inovadora, que aposta continuamente na formação dos seus talentos, envia-nos a tua candidatura.
