The role includes teaching GCSE, IB, AS levels, and engaging students in grades 6, 7, and 8.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Inspire trust and confidence among students, colleagues, and parents.Plan and deliver engaging lessons that motivate and challenge all students.Use tracking and assessment tools to advance student learning.Maintain high standards of behavior and discipline in the classroom.Support individual learning needs with effective differentiation strategies.Utilize technology to enhance learning experiences.Contribute to school development and improvement initiatives.Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders.Lead and participate in extra-curricular activities.Engage in professional development to continually enhance teaching practices.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Experience teaching Mathematics at GCSE, IB, and AS level.A growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.Strong skills in using modern technology to enhance teaching.Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.Proven track record of inspiring and motivating students toward academic excellence.SAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
