Networks Operations & Maintenance Electrician (Castelo Branco)_____________________________________________________________________________EDP is a global energy company that leads based on the values of Innovation, Sustainability and Humanization. Using the technology of the future we create solutions highly focused on the needs of our people and our customers, never neglecting our role and contribution to society.The EMC MV/LV North of E-Redes Networks Platform, whose mission is to guarantee the execution of construction works maintenance, and service replacement in MV equipment and installations (including TC MV), LV and IP, in compliance with the standards of Security, in accordance with standards requirements by the Quality Regulation of Service, by the Company and by customers. Ensure continuity of electricity supply, the better asset performance and achievement of defined objectives, optimizing resources, intends to reinforce the team in the Maintenance area – Castelo Branco.Main responsibilities:Ensure assistance, in normal and disturbed regimes, to the MT, BT and IP networks and the first intervention in AT network assets;Ensure the first intervention in the SE and MT remote control systems;Ensure the execution of works arising from the operation and maintenance of MT, BT and IP networks;Ensure the execution of scheduled maneuvers and assignments in the SE and the AT and MT networks and the execution of preventive maintenance on the network;Ensure the execution of the asset management plan associated with the MT, BT and IP networks (fuel management bands and protection zones), in conjunction with the asset management area;Interaction with various cooperative systems.Looking for people with the following requirements:Training at the 12th Year, Technological and Professional Courses in Electrical Installations Technician; Electrical Networks Technician and Electrical Installations, Electricity, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related areas;Professional experience up to 5 years as a technical staff member in operational functions;Experience/knowledge of BT and MT networks is valued;Proficiency in basic computer navigation (Windows) and Office tools (mandatory);Availability to join the On-call Availability Schedule for LV and MV network assistance, and first HV intervention, outside normal working hours (required);Driver's license and availability for frequent travel (mandatory);Residence in Portugal (mandatory), preferably near the workplace;Customer focus, Agility and Speed, Problem Solving, Self-control/Self-confidence and Process Orientation are decisive skills for the performance of the role.Being part of EDP means having access to:Professional experience in an international company that is a leader in its sector, with flexible working arrangements and hours (Non-Term Contract);Recognition through remuneration compatible with the function and other additional benefits;Opportunities for personal and professional development (cross-cutting projects, mobility, volunteering, etc).About EDP:As a socially responsible company, we incorporate our values and practices with the principles of Diversity and Inclusion.
