Customer Service for Luxury Fashion Brand We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Customer Service team in Lisbon, working with one of the most famous fashion luxury brands.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email Offering product information and professional usage consulting to customers Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction To succeed in this role, you will need: EU Citizenship or a valid work permit/residency card A fluent level of French (a good level of English is a plus) A passion for fashion and a desire to work abroad Excellent communication and listening skills The ability to work well in a team environment with diverse nationalities In return, we offer: A long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year Full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts (depending on the project) Competitive salary conditions, including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) or a monthly gross salary of €1,240 Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months Airport pick-up Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU) Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc.
