As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to customers while working on high-profile projects with top brands.
Answer incoming queries from customers and identify issues to provide effective solutions Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous communication Record data in the CRM system and provide ad-hoc support Collaborate with the team to achieve project success and excellence Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications: Native German language proficiency and at least B2 level English High school degree or equivalent Excellent listening and communication skills Drive for excellence and professionalism Team player with a strong commitment to work Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle Valid Portuguese work permit (required) What's in it for You?
We offer a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every year, with full-time working hours (40h/week) and a rotational schedule.
Our salary conditions include: Including free accommodation: 950-1050€ gross/month Excluding accommodation: 1300-1500€ gross/month Additionally, we provide benefits such as reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick up, yearly two-way flight ticket, and assistance with paperwork, among others.
