AXA Group Operations initiates with its Network Product Department a One Network Program to tackle its digital transformation, enhance user's connectivity experience, and mitigate cyber risks. Within the Network Product department, the Network Security & Services product line is responsible for VPN product, Firewalling product, Web Gateway product, and Network services. Network Security & Services engineers are involved in designing, engineering, delivering, and supporting those products and services, strongly contributing to the One Network program initiative.Key Responsibilities:The Network Product Engineer is responsible for defining, advertising, and ensuring the delivery of sustainable, robust, and secured solutions. They work closely with Group Security, CTO, and One Network Program to propose solutions at the right cost and bring business value to support corporate business and lines of business strategies.Main activities include the following for the Network Product Engineer's area of responsibility:o Contribute to and support medium to long-term product evolution and continuous product improvement.o Manage advisory, selection, design, secure build & integration for the products in scope.o Facilitate communications and interactions between functional groups, AXA IT Services, strategic partners, and vendors.o Ensure QOS delivery and support of solutions.o Provide high expertise support on products and services.Your ProfileFunctional experience:Leadership – Exhibits strong results orientation, change leadership, adaptability, and the ability to drive collaborative behavior.Communication skills – Exhibits strong skills in listening, spoken and written communication, collaboration, and the ability to work in a global team.Openness and reaching out – Strong human relationship skills, exhibit curiosity and can see opportunities in situations, not just problems.International profile – A proven ability to work effectively in an international environment. Proficiency in English is essential.Skills and Experience:Strong experience in driving large architecture, standardization & transformation initiatives.Maintain a deep understanding of the Network technology and market practices.Must have strong expertise in Network & Cloud design patterns, Security solutions & IT infrastructure best practices.Experience in managing Network Security products, SASE, VPN, Firewalling, Web gateways, Segmentation technologies, and identity services.Experience in managing Network Services products destined for DDI, NAC, Monitoring.Must have Network Automation skills.University degree (engineer profile) with +8 years' experience in Network Domain in an international and Matrix organization.About AXAAs a world-leading insurance company, we act for human progress by protecting what matters.
