Para reforçar a equipa de TI e Telecomunicações, estamos à procura de um HELP DESK, que será responsável por prestar apoio técnico aos utilizadores, diagnosticar e resolver problemas de hardware e software e garantir o funcionamento adequado dos sistemas informáticos.
Principais tarefas: Fornecer suporte remoto e no local, conforme necessário;Gerir os tickets de suporte utilizando ferramentas de emissão de tickets, categorizando, priorizando e rastreando os tickets;Resolução de incidentes e pedidos remotamente e escalonamento para segundo nível, se aplicável;Configurar e manter os equipamentos informáticos, periféricos e dispositivos móveis;Auxiliar na instalação e atualização de software e sistemas operativos;Documentar soluções e procedimentos para otimizar a gestão do suporte técnico;Garantir o cumprimento das boas práticas em matéria de segurança informática;Disponibilidade para fazer prevenção (fora do horário normal, sábado e domingo) 1 semana por mês (7 dias) com remuneração adicional.Requisitos: Formação Profissional Intermédia - Informática;Experiência mínima: 2 anos de experiência comprovada;Conhecimentos na utilização de ferramentas de tickets e CMDB;Experiência em atender chamadas e lidar com clientes;Experiência em suporte ao cliente em ambientes Microsoft;Experiência no tratamento de incidentes no ambiente informático utilizador;Familiaridade com redes (configuração básica, ligação de dispositivos, resolução de problemas);Certificações em metodologia ITIL (a valorizar);Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente a full time no Hospital de Cascais;Línguas: Espanhol médio/avançado;Iniciativa e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa, capacidade de comunicação e orientação para o cliente, capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e gerir múltiplas solicitações, capacidade de aprendizagem e interesse em aprender e conhecer as novas tecnologias.O Grupo Ribera Salud acredita na igualdade de oportunidades de emprego para todos os candidatos, num ambiente de trabalho livre de discriminações e assédios.
