What the job looks like:
Deploy strategic initiatives related to global projects+ GOBS initiatives in CQA Europe.
Point of contact for GDP evaluations and DD requirements.
Responsible of leading the Center of Excellence Team to:
Design, improve and deploy GDP Processes to fulfill global standards;
Counterpart for Partnering Business process for GQA;
Define and coordinate implementation and interpretation of KPIs (global and internal);
Harmonize and optimize activities within CQA Europe;
Consolidate organization of Training Academy and onboarding process for CQA Europe;
Lead a centralization initiative of global QMS activities as: Complaints, STT Alerts, Self-inspections etc.
What you'll bring to the table:
Proven expertise in QA with 8 years of experience related to GDP in pharmaceutical industry;
Experience in projects; specially related to optimization and creation of lean processes, Opex expertise desired;
Experience in improving GDP compliance;
Knowledge of relevant national and international regulatory requirements, guidelines and pharmaceutical processes (Europe, LatAm, Asia, USA);
Knowledge in BI or similar systems (desired);
Grade as pharmacist or equivalent (bio)medical science degree;
Business-fluent English, other languages are desirable;
Great communication both oral and written skills;
High degree of engagement, accountability and assertiveness;
Interdisciplinary and intercultural teamwork skills;
Result-oriented. Able to work independently and under minimum supervision and direction;
High reliability and ability to work under pressure;
Creativity and flexibility are just as important as high motivation and being a self-starter;
Very good knowledge in MS Office applications and eQMS.
