Do you follow all the latest developments in technology and gadgets? Do you have excellent communication skills in Italian? This is your chance to work as a Customer Specialist for one of the Big Streaming channel companies Starting date beginning of MAY 2024 Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via chat, e-mail & calls (small percentage) - Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner - Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand - Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords - Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts What you will bring: - Fluency in Italian (minimum C1) and Advanced English knowledge - Great communication skills - Prior customer support experience would be an advantage - Strong troubleshooting skills Conditions on offer: - Relocation package if required (if coming from abroad) - Competitive monthly salary + 2 extra salaries per year - Performance bonus - Meal allowance - Health care benefits and numerous other discounts - Transport bonus - Full training by certified instructors - Professional growth & development opportunities - Fully Remote position anywhere from PORTUGAL #J-18808-Ljbffr
