About the job: We are seeking a talented and motivated cloud and operations engineer to join our support and operations dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting cloud infrastructure solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing management of cloud environments. Additionally, you will provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
Our client solutions are used to provide digital trust for the government, healthcare sector, and private companies all over the world.
Requirements Deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure) solutions based on client and project requirements. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and deliver optimal solutions. Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Monitor cloud environments, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimizations. Implement security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of client data. Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT. Experience in managing cloud infrastructure solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and virtualization technologies. Familiarity with Linux and Windows server environments. Knowledge of SQL and scripting. Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana. Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure Administrator) are a plus. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes are a plus.
