Summary:
We have an incredible opportunity for a P2D Lead (Process Professional – GRC) to join our IT team. As a P2D Lead, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing Procure-to-Pay (P2D) processes with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) leveraging SAP's GRC solutions, ensuring efficient and compliant P2D operations. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your contributions will directly impact the company's operational excellence and regulatory adherence.
What can you expect as a P2D Lead (Process Professional – GRC) at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?
You will lead a team of professionals and analyze the current P2D processes in detail, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement. Leveraging your expertise, you will recommend and implement robust control measures to mitigate identified risks and optimize operations. Your role will also involve continuous interaction with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance compliance, and ensure that our P2D operations are both efficient and secure. 
Your primary tasks will include the following:
• Leading a team with a strong focus on project management, accountability for tasks, safeguarding process templates, and serving as the go-to person for P2D process inquiries
• Analyzing current P2D processes, identifying risks, and recommending control measures and process improvements
• Implementing best practices for procurement, sourcing, contract management, and accounts payable processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Configuring and customizing SAP GRC solutions like Process Control, Risk Management, and Access Control to support P2D processes
• Collaborating with procurement, finance, audit, and IT teams to streamline P2D processes and mitigate risks
• Developing comprehensive training materials and conducting end-user training on P2D processes and SAP GRC solutions
• Supporting process automation and continuous monitoring initiatives within P2D operations
• Staying updated on P2D process trends, GRC best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure alignment and compliance
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role): 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, SAP, and/or a related field 
• At least 8+ years of experience in optimizing Procure-to-Pay (P2D) processes with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
• Leadership skills and team-leading experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a team
• Strong people and stakeholder management skills
• Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP GRC solutions like Process Control, Risk Management, and Access Control
• Strong understanding of P2D processes, including procurement, sourcing, contract management, and accounts payable
• Knowledge of process automation techniques and continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with relevant P2D regulations, GRC best practices, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and training skills to provide end-user training and support
• English proficiency
