Somos mais de 900 Frulacteanos levando know-how aos nossos clientes a partir das nossas fábricas de produção localizadas na Europa (Portugal, França, Alemanha e Suíça), América do Norte (Canadá) e África (Marrocos e África do Sul). A Frulact pertence à Ardian, uma empresa de investimento privado líder a nível mundial, e a sua sede está situada na Maia.

Estamos à procura de um Category Buyer para o nosso departamento de Procurement na Maia.

MISSÃO

Encontrar soluções de fornecimento sustentáveis, consistentes e inovadores que cumpram com os requisitos técnicos, operacionais e Legais de modo a otimizar a equação TCO – "Total Cost of Ownership", proporcionando um elevado nível de competitividade e eficiência operacional, contribuindo assim para a excelência no Nível de Serviço ao Cliente.

RESPONSABILIDADES

Gerir a categoria da sua responsabilidade, construindo a estratégia da mesma;

Identificar e propor novos fornecedores (construir painel de fornecedores);

Desenvolver um bom conhecimento do mercado, lançar RFI e RFQ, negociar acordos de longo prazo e acompanhar o desempenho do fornecedor;

Construir o orçamento e monitorizar preços, indexar preços a indicadores (quando disponíveis);

Monitorizar os KPIs de compras;

Sempre que necessário e quando escalado pelas áreas da SCM, Qualidade, R&D ou financeira, interagir com fornecedores no sentido de obter as informações ou esclarecimentos necessários para cada um dos departamentos.

PERFIL

Formação académica em Economia, Gestão, Engenharia (ou similar);

Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções similares

Experiência em compras de ingredientes;

Bom conhecimento em inglês (oral e escrito - obrigatório) e em francês (preferencial);

Bom domínio das ferramentas MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);

Conhecimentos em SAP ou software similar (preferencial);

Proatividade, espírito de equipa e orientação para resultados.
