This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe.
Position Overview We are building a new Finance Excellence Center in Lisbon (Portugal) to support our recently acquired (SaaS) companies and future acquisitions. The Excellence Center in Lisbon will support HR, Finance and other functions. The company is currently implementing a new ERP tool (NetSuite) and reviewing the current processes to improve and automate our Finance operations.
We are seeking a Treasury Specialist to join our team to support the Record to Report process. We are looking for someone that has the experience to be able to work hands-on, contribute to the setup of the new Centre as well as being highly motivated to contribute to Continuous Process Improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Cash and Liquidity ManagementMonitor daily cash balances across multiple accounts and entities.Prepare and analyse short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.Ensure optimal liquidity by managing intercompany cash movements and funding needs.Treasury OperationsPayment Processing (ensure timely processing of vendor payments, payroll and intercompany transfers).Support the implementation and maintenance of treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP integrations.Financial Analysis and ReportingPrepare regular treasury reports, including cash flow analysis, debt positions, and investment performance.Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams to support strategic initiatives.Provide insights on working capital optimization and cost-saving opportunities.Strategic Projects and Process ImprovementPartner with cross-functional teams to implement automation and streamline treasury processes.Support M&A transactions, debt issuance, and capital structure planning.Research and implement best practices in treasury management for the tech industry.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related fields.Relevant experience and track record in an international Finance environment/Shared Service Centre setup is a plus.Good understanding of applicable European GAAP and IFRS.Fluency in English and valued other European Language.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
