Mulesoft developer with AWS experience needed to join our team on a contract basis, here at VML Enterprise Solutions. We are open to the person being based across Europe and you can work in a remote capacity.
What you'll be doing:We are looking for a strong Mulesoft developer with a strong understanding of web-based technologies. The successful candidates will be involved in application development using Mulesoft. Ideally, we would like you to have some experience with AWS serverless (mainly Lambdas with Typescript).
What we want from you:Good experience of API, Events and Streams and Integration development using MuleSoftExperience with AWS Serverless (AWS Lambdas)Experience developing with TypescriptExperience working with and deploying on Anypoint platformExperience of writing complex systems and defining and implementing RESTful APIs.An understanding of both modern and traditional Design Patterns and the ability to choose the best solutions for our customers.Hands on experience working with Mulesoft and Kafka integrations.Experience with Java developmentMust have worked in a CI/CD driven project and have a strong understanding of a DevOps approach to development.A Quality First mindset, backed by strong unit testing skills.Excellent written and spoken communication skillsIf you know some of this, even better:Have previously worked on or with eCommerce back-end systems and PoS systemsHave a good knowledge of Spring and MavenBe familiar with deploying and working with software on at least one major public cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)Be a TDD practitioner with a strong focus on producing readable, well architected and thoroughly tested codeHave previous experience working within Agile software delivery teamsWhat we can offer you:Alongside the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands around the world, we'll also prioritise your career development and help you grow your skills.
