Role:
We're looking for a proactive and passionate Junior Product Owner to manage the backlog, support the team, define the product cycle, describe playable requirements, prepare the project planning, and enhance communication to ensure the expected outcome. Our ideal Product Owner is driven to learn, grow, and improve continuously.
You rock at:
Being agile, using the agile manifesto principles;
Being creative and thinking outside the box;
Defining product visions accordingly, breaking them into smaller and incremental deliverables;
Working with development teams, software architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and estimates and build a delivery plan ;
Planning the project and building roadmaps understandable for different people;
Creating, prioritising and maintaining the product backlog , ensuring that all development requests are well-defined and aligned with business needs ;
Guaranteeing the production of clear and concise user stories , with acceptance criteria that reflect the needs of the end-users;
Consistently communicating with stakeholders and keeping them informed of the status of requirements development;
Defining and tracking key performance indicators ( KPIs ) to measure the success and impact of products;
Understanding the software engineering processes like CI/CD, and test automation;
Fluency in English.
You're good at:
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Relationship management skills;
Methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban;
Proactiveness;
Inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their goals;
Demonstrating perseverance and determination in overcoming obstacles;
Listening and communicating;
