We are looking for a highly qualified R&D Director (M/W) to lead and
oversee our R&D Department.

Reporting to
Panidor CEO and on a functional basis to Bridor EMEA R&D Director, you will be responsible for coordinating all R&D
activities, ensuring alignment with the company's goals & innovation policy.

Additionally, you will be responsible for leading the development of new
products, improving productivity and profitability, as well as fostering
innovation within the organization.

Key
Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the R&D
Department, coordinating team activities.

Convene and conduct regular meetings
with direct reports.

Prepare management reports and
monitor performance indicators.

Promote innovation and generate ideas
for R&D projects.

Oversee the management of the
innovation project portfolio, ensuring timelines and results.

Support the Production and Purchasing
departments in solving technical problems and seeking new solutions.

Evaluate the technical feasibility of
new products in collaboration with the Industrial Department and approve
them technically with the Quality Department.

Identify training and development
needs of employees regarding innovation and technological knowledge.

Ensure compliance with the Management
System, Information Security policies, and safety, hygiene, and health
standards at work.

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
