You will work with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and product managers, to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly interfaces. We are looking for a strong design sensibility, and the ability to translate complex ideas into elegant and accessible designs.Job DescriptionDesign for web and mobile applications, from concept to final hand-off, ensuring a high-quality, cohesive user interface; Develop design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all digital platforms; Work with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs, providing detailed design specifications and assets; Help on user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs, improving the user experience based on insights; Apply strong conceptual thinking to develop design concepts and strategies that align with the product vision and user needs and be able to communicate and showcase the vision of your conceptual work; Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate best practices into your work; Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow their skills and contribute to projects; Participate in design reviews, presenting your work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.You will report to the Executive Design Director
