Position: French-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Remote, Urgent Hire) Location: Remote (based in Lisbon) Work Schedule: Early Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Night Shift: 01:00 AM - 10:00 AM 5 days per week Responsibilities: Deliver top-quality support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat Address and resolve questions about products, services, and accounts promptly Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and clear communication Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in the system Collaborate with your team and management to maintain high service standards Work rotational shifts, including both early and night shifts, with an emphasis on consecutive days off when possible Requirements: Native French speaker (required) Proficient in English (C1 level) for internal communication Previous experience in customer service is beneficial Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously Comfortable working with technology and customer service platforms Flexibility to work early and night shifts based on the business needs What We Offer: A competitive salary package Remote working from the comfort of your home in Lisbon Comprehensive training and ongoing support to grow your career A dynamic and inclusive team environment Opportunities for career progression within the company This is an urgent opening – Apply today and become a key player in our rapidly growing team
