Job Description The IAM developer is participating in the development part of IAM activities.
This perimeter is dedicated to development tasks for IAM products and functionalities.
The main goal of this team is to build an IAM as A Service department with all the new API concepts & methodology.
Customers and Business Served:
Final customers are mainly BPCE users & BPCE applications.
The goal is to give them the capability to manage easily access rights, authentication, certificates & privileges account through their applications & usages.
The fullstack developer has to participate in a team of developers to provide the best "IAM as A Service" experience to our BPCE users.
The developer must be technically skilled and participate in different projects inside the team, working collaboratively with all other team members and providing assistance to others.
Missions:
Deliver "IAM as A Service" functionalities for BPCE applications & users.
Main activities are described below:
Developing front end website architecture.
Designing user interactions on web pages.
Developing back-end website applications.
Creating servers and databases for functionality.
Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
Designing and developing APIs.
Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
Qualifications Qualifications and Hard Skills:
Degree in computer science.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficient in server-side languages Java and Python.
Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with server-side languages such as Ruby, PHP, or .Net.
Soft Skills:
Proficiency in English and Portuguese at a minimum B1 level (mandatory).
DevOps mindset.
Ability to keep up with a demanding and fast-paced environment.
